MNX Global Logistics announces the opening of its dedicated supply chain and logistics facility in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, located just outside of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. This facility with validated temperature-controlled supply chain capabilities will serve as the operations and warehousing hub for our Life Sciences and Medical Device customers throughout Europe.

Our investment in this new facility in Amsterdam is testament to MNX and our private equity partner, The Riverside Company’s commitment to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our customers.” The new facility’s capacity exceeds 1300 sq. m with the option to expand by an additional 1700 sq. m when needed. The HACCP and GDP compliant facility was designed to exceed the highest standards in the handling and movement of critical biopharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical and medical device shipments. The facility features -20 degrees C, 2-8 degrees C and 18 degrees C temperature controlled storage with 24/7 monitoring, back-up systems and state of the art security in order to ensure the constant integrity and security of our customer’s temperature and high value shipments. “The new Life Sciences Logistics Centre in Amsterdam allows us to provide cross docking, inventory storage and transportation for our clients needing temperature sensitive control,” said Jan Willem Van ‘t Riet, MNX Senior Vice President for EMEA. “In addition, our customers will benefit from our strict adherence to industry wide compliance procedures and protocols and our direct ramp access to personally deliver and retrieve critical shipments from the airlines that serve Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.”
